Founded to raise the bar.
Imperial Search was founded by Jack Bodycombe in 2021 with a simple objective: to deliver a five-star recruitment experience and become the first name housebuilders and luxury custom builders think of when adding to their teams.
Since then we've made 250+ permanent placements across the UK and US, from Sales, Land and Construction to division leadership, and Project Managers and Superintendents for luxury custom home builders.
